1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@homemitra.shop or raise a request through your account dashboard.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of use.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Returned in the same packaging it was delivered in.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalised products (e.g., items made-to-order or engraved).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions.
  • Fragile décor items that have been unpacked, assembled, or installed.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@homemitra.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with the RMA.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with the difference paid by you). Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.
